My journey started 35+ years ago and very quickly it not only became part of my life, it became part of my parenting. The perspective of 'we are energy' and the shift to seeing all thoughts, all emotions and behaviours in everyday life, being linked to an underlying energy aspect takes practice and regular support in the beginning. Understanding the energy- connection to behaviour, addictions, illnesses and physical ailments. We explore why our children are having so much trouble with mental health and behaviour troubles.
