Did you know a simple $15 book can open the door to high-ticket clients? Iโ€™ve seen it happen again and againโ€ฆ and itโ€™s one of the most overlooked ways to turn your knowledge into real income. The truth is, the longer you wait to publish your book, the longer youโ€™re leaving money (and opportunities) on the table. Iโ€™ve personally generated six figures from self-publishing on Amazon...part-timeโ€”and it didnโ€™t happen by guessing. It came from having a clear strategy before writing the book. Inside this masterclass, Iโ€™m breaking down: โœจ How I validate book ideas before writing โœจ The exact research process I use to find demand โœจ How to position your book for maximum visibility on Amazon If youโ€™ve been thinking about writing a book (or want your next one to actually sell), you donโ€™t want to miss this. ๐Ÿ‘‰ Join us inside KDP Publishing to connect with other authors and get started. ๐Ÿ“… April 20thโฐ 6:30 PM Central โžก๏ธ CHECK THE CALENDAR

Why Skool community owners who batch their YouTube filming get more consistent results
Running a Skool community is a full-time job on top of a full-time job. Moderating, posting, responding, promoting - the to-do list never shortens. YouTube ends up being the thing that gets pushed to tomorrow indefinitely. The Skool owners who make consistent progress on YouTube are not the ones with the most time. They are the ones who stopped treating filming as something that happens when the community is quiet enough. They batch instead. One filming day a month, four videos back to back, the same setup and the same headspace throughout. The decision about when to film gets made once and does not compete with everything else on the list. A community that is not being fed by YouTube is relying entirely on word of mouth and platform discovery to grow. Batching is not a content hack. It is the only realistic way a Skool owner with a full schedule keeps YouTube working as a traffic source. This is one of the systems covered in a live workshop running this Thursday. If you want to find out more, join The Content Revenue Lab and look for the pinned post with the details. https://tinyurl.com/TheContentRevenueLab Des Dreckett โ€” The Content Revenue Lab

Engaging your quiet members is a great idea... until it isn't
Level 1 and 2 members are usually the quiet ones. Sometimes they want to lurk, sometimes they just don't know where to start. So I did something I called No Member Left Behind. I made a post and tagged every single one of them. A personal shoutout. A direct invitation to come out of the shadows and just say hi. And it worked. Members who hadn't said a word suddenly started showing up. Commenting. Engaging. It felt great. But then something else happened. One of those quiet members I'd tagged started dropping really solid comments. Nothing suspicious. Just good engagement. I was happy to see it. Until I got a notification about a new post in the community. It was him. Promoting offshore services and dropping a WhatsApp number. I deleted it and kept responding to comments. Then it happened again. Same idea. Different WhatsApp number. So I banned him. Here's what that whole thing taught me... your most important job as a community owner isn't just getting members in the door. It's not just getting your members to engage... It's protecting the experience for the ones who are genuinely there to grow. Don't wait for someone to start spamming your community before you have a plan to protect it. Skool Homeroom is here to help you build a community Skool Homeroom is here to help you build, grow, and protect a Skool community that people actually want to be part of. First bell's about to ring... don't be late https://www.skool.com/skool-homeroom-6736/about
