It’s weird that people are spending more time making images than ever, but over half the time I couldn’t tell you whose business I’m looking at if you covered up the logo 🤦🏻‍♀️ Everybody is using the same prompts, the same templates, the same layouts, the same “best practices”… then wondering why it’s not working to bring them new clients. I started Defunk’d Design so people would have somewhere to get feedback on the images they’re actually making instead of relying on templates and AI bullshit to make all the decisions for them. The next 8 people who join on the Standard Annual plan are also getting a custom Skool group card or Discovery banner image designed by me for their community. July is normally my lowest month of downloads each year for my show Podcasting Business School. So I decided to mess around and do a podcast SEO experiment.....and it WORKED....massively! On July 6th I hit 1,838 downloads in ONE day. The next day I hit 3,386. The day after that I had 1,636 (screenshots from my Libsyn account attached for proof!).
