So as some of you may have read, I was super excited to get a delivery of Outlands yesterday, and I spent all day today wearing it. I had a big presentation to make for work today, and even though I did it by zoom from home, I felt like a million bucks rocking it. After I was done with the presentation, I reapplied some right before going out for an eye appointment — because why not. So I’m checking out after my exam and a cute lady behind the counter says “oh, that must be you wearing cologne - I smelled it before and was wondering who was wearing it.” I said oh it’s new and I’m experimenting with it, hope it wasn’t too much and she said “no, it smells fantastic and I really like it!” So now I felt like two million bucks. Wore Sea, My Love tonight, and it opened with a bright splash of mandarin paired with a salty marine breeze. As it settles, those oceanic notes blend with jasmine and a gentle hint of leather. The drydown wraps into something warm and smooth: amber, musk, patchouli, and benzoin, creating a darker, saltier skin scent than a fresh, blue aquatic. If I had to compare, it gives off a similar vibe to Tom Ford’s Oud Mineral, but this one is softer, warmer, and has a touch of leather. Longevity: About 7 hours on my skin. Sillage: Noticeable in the beginning, then fades into a soft, close salty aura. Sea My Love smells like a memory. A quiet night by the sea, wrapped in a leather jacket, with waves in the distance and the lingering presence of someone unforgettable.
