Good Morning Brotherhood! Its chilly out here in the world of Los Angeles California so I decided to go with a nice warm earthy scent that makes me feel peaceful, full of love, and harmony…. You know Woodstock and tie dye☮️✌️?! Thanks to my road dog @Aditya Choksi for hooking me up with a sample of this as he knows my taste by now, he knew I would love it. Patchouli from Mine Perfume Lab is a gorgeous simple fragrance that was released in 2013 by a house out of Italy. It’s a slightly sweet, herbaceous, spicy and balsamic blend that is simple and brings you a calming vibe. Theres not too much to say about this except for the fact that it’s a gorgeous fragrance with a ton of notes in it. Okay who am I kidding, the Top, Mid, and Base are Patchouli for crying out loud. But there is definitely something else in this blend that makes it so captivating. Theres a smokiness and warmth from the ambers and whatever else they are keeping from us that brings an earthiness and wet soil like. At certain times I swear I got some chocolaty notes but I can be going crazy with all the psychedelics…LOL The only other scent that has come close to it that I have tried is pure patchouli oil. Performance is outstanding!! Unlike most fragrances, I tend to go nose blind at some point or another, but this one is like a gift that keeps on giving. All throughout the wear I continue to get beautiful wafts of the fragrance and I kid you not, I got a solid 12 plus hours out of this. Projection is above average at about an arms length bubble. I would say this is unisex and is perfect for a cool crisp day. You have to like patchouli to be into this fragrance as it is exactly what the namesake is. TaTa for now Hood!! Re-released in 2026, it’s a woody aromatic, fresh, sporty take on the classic Allure Homme Sport line emphasizing "superleggera" (lightweight yet powerful, like racing car design). Performance is strong for a fresh scent. It has solid projection for 3-5+ hours, then an intimate skin scent often at 8 hours. A signature contender, or the perfect everyday fougère. Excellent if you want a premium, crowd pleasing fresh woody citrus with great staying power ideal for summer/spring, signature, or daily driver.
