Clawing my way back.
Brought back a head cold from my travels last week and doing my best to get back at it. Going with Azzaro EDP today as I’m needing something good but easy and I’ve been a fan of this since I tried it long ago.

Resented Website
Brothers, Has anyone else had trouble with the Rescented website. Also, do I remember reading that a BOS member formed the page. If so, would someone please let me know who it is. I have made an account twice using my personal, then business email. Both times, shortly after joining, my account gets blocked and deleted by admin. Thanks

Weekly Wears - 2/28-3/8
Just over a week of wears here in the Arizona desert. We’ve had classic early spring Phoenix weather with cool mornings in the upper 50s/low 60s warming quickly into the mid-80s and even low 90s most afternoons. Lots of sun, dry air, and big temperature swings, which makes it easy to rotate between fresher daytime scents and deeper evening ones. Rotation this past week: Neptune’s Trident, Absolu Aventus, Pacific Chill, Carnival – Ferris Wheel Sunset, Les Sables Roses, Dragon, The Oracle, Blue Talisman, The Oracle, and Red Fever. Neptune’s Trident has really become a favorite for both the gym and the “spring” heat of AZ, and it just works here. Pacific Chill and Blue Talisman handled the warm afternoons well, while Dragon and Les Sables Roses were great once the sun dropped. Absolu Aventus and Red Fever ended up being my church scents on back to back Sundays. I’m actually layering these (Red Fever Body Butter and 1 spray on back of neck, then layering Absolu Aventus) Zaharoff The Oracle also arrived Thursday. I wore it Friday and again Saturday night for a date. That will tell you a little about how much I enjoy this one so far, but I’ll cover more on that later. Would love to see more folks post these. What have you been wearing?

Musicology fragrance house Not the Prince song. Ever heard of them?
Certain song or a specific smell can instantly teleport you back to a memory? That’s the whole vibe of Musicology. They are a niche fragrance house from France, and their "thing" is treats for both the ears and the nose. Instead of just making a "nice smelling perfume," they treat scents like songs—using "notes" and "harmonies" to create an atmosphere. That’s what attracted me to the house. • The Concept: They believe music and perfume are cousins because they both travel through the air, hit you emotionally, and then disappear. • The Vibe: It’s artsy but relatable. Think of it as a playlist for your skin. • The Origin: Born in the heart of the perfume world (France), bringing that classic quality with a modern, rhythmic twist. What attracted me to the house initially was when I heard they had a fragrance inspired by Frank Sinatra’s Fly Me To The Moon. “Fly me to the Oud” The fragrance is built on a contrast between dry woods, smooth leather, and a surprising touch of sweetness. • Top Notes: Australian Sandalwood and Black Pepper. • Heart Notes: Agarwood (Oud), Leather, and Moss. • Base Notes: Brown Sugar and Patchouli. What to expect • Think of a mix of BR 540 and Oud for Greatness • The Opening: It starts with kick of black pepper and a very smooth, creamy sandalwood. It’s dry and spicy but immediately approachable. • The Mid: This is where the "jazz" happens. The oud is clean and woody rather than animalic. It pairs with a soft leather and moss, giving it a vintage, slightly smoky vibe—think well-worn leather chairs and a dim spotlight. • The Dry Down: The standout feature is the Brown Sugar. It doesn’t make the perfume "cupcake sweet," but it rounds out the sharp edges of the oud and moss, leaving a cozy, lingering warmth on the skin. Performance & Versatility • Longevity: Above average. You can expect 7–9 hours of wear. • Sillage: Moderate. It’s not a room-filler, which fits its "intimate jazz club" inspiration. It creates a nice scent bubble without being aggressive.

The Scent Master Store
Today I had a wonderful experience at a small niche, designers and middle eastern fragrances store located in Lancaster Pensilvania. Roger, the owner, was a fragrance enthusiast who took my girlfriend and me on an incredible journey through the world of fragrances. We ended up finding a fragrance we both loved enough to take home. If you’re ever around Lancaster PA drop by The Scent master and tell them Erick sent from the brotherhood sent you. Located: 35 S Willowdale Dr Suite #1820, Lancaster, PA 17602
