Seems like my long review days are behind as I'm enjoying the compact "direct shot to the gullet" approach. Allow me to expound on the gifts received the other evening. This review is for Amber Oud Gold Edition by Al Haramain. I'm in my 6th hour wear of what I think is one of the best Summer fragrances in my aroma wardrobe. Let mw set the scene with the start of this fragrant wear. At 7:30, I emerged from the shower, applying my defractured coconut oil on my skin, as an everyday moisturizer. From the top of my head, I applied Eternal Perfume Oils on my scalp. The fragrance of choice was Neroli Summer, a oil dupe of Tom Ford's Neroli Portofino. I then grabbed the Amber Oud and hit the usual spots. This fragrance starts with Bergamot which pairs great with the Neroli. After a few minutes, it revealed a warm, pineapple-like note that made me smile. It's now as of this paragraph,1:59 pm and the fragrance is still a presence with me- the base has exposed some Vanilla and a Woodsy note accompanying it. It truly honors the Erba Pura as a alternative. The longevity and sillage I rank as high, no less than a 9 in numbers for those who have to have that. Compliment granting fragrance that's great for warm weather, t-shirts, the office, and day dates. Even as something to wear before bed right after your shower. I do this and I think some of you do as well. If you don't... you will. "One of us. One of us. One of us." For my SOTD, I present my review of Amber Oud Gold Edition. As always folks, your sillage may vary. Fragrance discretion is advised.
