Dupe of Bvlgari Tygar. I have a sample of Tygar. The sample atomizer was broken so I had to spray it like 20 times just to get a drop out on the top of my hand. The experience I had smelling this is why I got into this hobby. It gave me a high, rush, release of dopamine that I first experienced when I smelled Tom Ford’s Tobacco Vanille. Tygar is juicy grapefruit, citrus/woody blend opening, uplifting scent that just holds you there. You literally can tell when the opening changes into the mid of ginger. Blue DOES NOT do that. Blue is synthetic alcohol on the opening. Blue is good, I’ll tell people to buy it, but it is not Tygar and you will not get the same experience. This hurt me a little because a trusted YouTube reviewer said that buying Blue makes Tygar obsolete. Not true. Not at all. The difference is outstanding in the olfactory experience. Where Blue shines is the dry down and about two hours into the fragrance. This is when it smells like Tygar. Well, a very similar smell at least. A good dupe at this point in the experience. This is musk, patchouli, powdery, fresh and spicy all come together to give it that Tygar feel. Can be worn year round except winter and be worn day or night. Longevity is amazing. 6+ skin and 8+ clothes. Projection is arms length and sillage is STRONG. Bottle presentation like. I kept the box because it’s easier to store. The bottle is odd shaped and easily falls over. Cap has to be aligned perfectly. Don’t like that combo at all. Overall, for the price, this is a good buy and a good gift I believe. But is it Tygar? No. If you want to experience a piece of Tygar then I would say for sure get this. If you want to replace Tygar, this ain’t it.
