First wearing of Zaharoffs newest frag. It starts with a nice blast of citrus in the open but it doesn’t last very long on my skin before I pick up the iris for a short time. It then transitions to a very earthy Vetiver that dominates the fragrance for the majority of its life. It’s a smooth natural wood scent. The Vetiver lasts a long time before it becomes subdued by a soft vanilla and musk smell. Overall it’s a good fragrance but so far my least favorite from the house. If the citrus lasted a bit longer in the open I’d like it more. Maybe with some shelf time it’ll improve. I’d recommend if you’re into heavy wood frags. As always the bottle has awesome artwork. Next one I buy will be Seraphim Blue.

#sotd... Spicebomb Dark Leather by Viktor&Rolf... I was very hesitant to buy this fragrance at first. I am not a huge leather fan because of how animalic it can come across. Luckily for me, that is not the case with this fragrance. Spicebomb Dark Leather brings back that spiciness that Spicebomb is known for. This opens with a blast of fresh spiciness accompanied with a fresh leather scent. I really enjoy this scent. The only thing holding this back is performance. I went about 5 hours before refreshing. A little disappointing because Spicebomb is usually known for good performance. I give this a 8.5 out of 10. Better performance and this could possibly be a 10.....
