Boss Bottled Beyond
Another Mardi Gras related event today, the women are decorating and the men are standing around cooking meat and drinking beer. Why not grab something easy to wear. Boss Bottled Beyond by Hugo Boss is a Leather fragrance for men. Top note is Ginger; middle note is Leather; base note is Woody Notes.

A decent release from Boss. Seems like they’ve been putting out some good stuff lately
SOTE - Herbs & Sea Salt - Weekly Challenge
For tonight's freshy, I am going with Dua's version of Jo Malone Wood Sage and Sea Salt. I haven't done a side by side but off memory this is pretty darn close. I dig this one, feels like I am in a fancy lobby of a hotel and this is the air freshener they use. I don't think you could over spray this one, trying to reel myself in and hold at like 15 sprays😂 I recall the OG being the same way. BTW, for those catching up, my weekly challenge is to flip flop my day scents with my evening scents. So richer, heavier, warmer in the day and my freshy, citrus aquatics, etc at night.

Probably performs better than the Jo Malone though. I say spray away!
SOTD Gisada Titanium
This is a spicy aromatic powdery, Vanilla fragrance. It is a mature fragrance that ls amazing. Longevity and projection is good at least 2-3 feet and stays for 6-8 hours. 9/10 perfect for winter

Haven’t tried this one but I did like the Intense version.
Sotd: Prada Paradigme
Honestly i picked it because i wanted something just for 5 hrs and this one anyways lasts not more than 6. Today it smells bit smoother to my nose. But much softer than before even with 5 sprays. Once ill be done with my sample i wont miss this one for sure.

This one didn’t impress me much. Won’t be grabbing a bottle since there has been much better releases
SOTD: Guerlain L’Homme Ideal Cologne Forte
Newest addition to the collection. This is supposedly a limited release (hoping it’s not). Picked it up from their website at full retail which hurt me deep in my soul lol. Before we get into the notes, this one has several similarities to Renaissance IMO and some differences that make it stand out. In the open you get grapefruit, lemon peel and bergamot. However I definitely am picking up a minty note right when you spray it. It makes the open a nice mint citrus which is awesome. This is where I think it’s similar to renaissance. The open lasts a decent hour before I start to pick up the almond and some cinnamon. The almond isn’t very nutty and slightly sweet. The grapefruit is still there but it’s more subdued now. In the dry down I don’t detect any incense but can smell some vanilla and Vetiver. It’s not an earthy or dirty vetiver more or a clean one. Overall performance was decent with just over 6.5 hours of longevity 5 of which I got some good projection of 1/2 to 1 arms length depending on what I was doing. Moving around definitely caused this one to project better than sitting still. This will be an excellent high heat frag.
