SOTD: Issey Miyake Nuit D’Issey Bleu Astral
A new to my collection frag. Seems to be above blue fragrance with a nice leather touch. It opens with a lime abd subtle coriander note. The open is pleasant but gets better when the lime and leather in the mid start to blend. The base has amber wood and other woody notes. I pick up a touch of a green woodiness not one I’ve typically smelt before. Performance isn’t bad but it’s not great. A little over 5 hours total wear with about 3 of those having about 2 feet of projection. I’d recommend overspraying. It’s a very versatile fragrance and can be worn all year. I did get a compliment walking into the barbershop so that’s a plus (seems like a lot of my compliments come when I’m going to get a haircut lol).

@Erick Tai Miyake has some nice ones and very inexpensive
SOTD: Voyage D’Hermes Parfum
Blind bought this one purely because I hadn’t heard to much about it and it was a pretty good deal. It’s a different take on a spring fragrance. It starts out spicy and aromatic with a hint of lemon then transitions to a nice tea scent with a lot of greenness and some rose. The base isn’t anything groundbreaking either sandalwood and amber. It’s definitely nice. Longevity is less than stellar for a Parfum as I got about 6.5 hours out of it. Projection was just okay at about 1-2 feet.

@Stephen Johnson for a Parfum I was expecting a bit better. haven’t tried Man Soir before.
SOTD- Wednesday March 4th: Kenzo Homme EDP
Today is a little rainy but starting to warm up. This one is a great selection for today. It’s fresh, clean, and unique. It’s also not a bad price at discounters. This is one of my best blind buys ever. Longevity on this is excellent for being a freshy. I get about 9 to 10 hours on skin with excellent projection for the first 4 to 5 hours. There’s also a good sillage trail with it as well. I highly recommend trying this if you haven’t!

The whole Kenzo Homme line is great. I just ordered indigo to complete the line.

@Brett Sutton Marine would be my favorite so far. I’ll reevaluate once Indigo gets delivered.
SOTD: Prada L’Homme L’Eau
A new to my collection fragrance. I have the OG and Intense and figured I should add this one as well. It has the same great iris forward DNA but with a nice twist of added ginger making it a fresher more spring and summer frag. Longevity isn’t as good as the OG or Intense but I still had a respectable 6ish hours before I threw a couple more sprays on. Projection is quite good for the first 4 and still projected right up until the end albeit not as strong as the first 4 hours.

@Andrés García Hernández yep just a tad bit fresher, a more youthful version of the OG

@Srinesh C m I think it smells better on skin for sure. I’m not a huge fan of spraying paper since you never know how it’ll turn out later

Pretty accurate in my opinion.
