Burpees
Yesterday did one set of 10 Today did 2 sets of 15 My burpees are sloppy. Haven't done them in years. Need to keep doing them to get better!!! I find myself traveling rather than staying in place.

🧩 This Week's Challenge: Connect Two Skills
Instead of practicing just one exercise... Connect two movements together. It could be: • Pull-up → L-sit • Handstand → Forward roll • Crow pose → Headstand • L-sit → Tuck planche • Muscle-up → Dip • Cartwheel → Handstand And yes, animal movements count too. For example: • Bear crawl → Frog jump • Crab reach → Sit-through • Ape step → Deep squat • Beast hold → Kick-through Or make up something completely new. 🤔 "But I don't have those skills yet..." Perfect. Think of it like creating your own burpee or even an Olympic lift. Those movements are really just several simpler movements connected together. For example: • Squat → Push-up • Push-up → Downward dog • Step-up → Knee raise • Deep squat → Stand → Calf raise • Dead hang → Knee raise • Pike push-up → Plank It does not have to be flashy. The goal is simply to move from one movement into another without stopping. 🎯 Why this challenge? Connecting movements teaches you things that isolated exercises do not: • body awareness • coordination • smoother transitions • creativity • movement confidence You will probably discover combinations you never would have tried otherwise. 💡 Need ideas? I will also post a suggestion during the week to help give everyone some ideas. You can copy it, change it, make it easier, make it harder, or use it to create your own combination. 📹 Bonus Challenge Film your favorite combination and post it below. It does not matter if it is easy, hard, smooth, messy, or funny. I would love to see what everyone comes up with, and you might inspire someone else to try your combination. 👇 What are the first two movements you are going to connect this week?

🧩 Connect Skills Challenge Follow Up
I’ve been loving seeing the ideas people are coming up with already! Remember to keep posting your combinations in the main challenge post so everything stays in one place: 👉 https://www.skool.com/awesome-ninja-fitness/this-weeks-challenge-connect-two-skills?p=6b20e263 That way everyone can see each other’s progress, get ideas, and maybe even steal a few combinations. 😉 💡 Today’s Idea #1: Pull-Up Burpee This one is simple and can be scaled for almost everyone. Connect something on the bar with a squat. For example: • Dead hang → Drop → Squat • Pull-up → Drop → Squat • Chin-up → Drop → Squat • Muscle-up → Drop → Squat Think of it as your own version of a burpee, but with a pull instead of a push. No matter your level, there’s a version for you. 💡 Today’s Idea #2: Compression Combo If you’re working on skills, try connecting two compression-based movements. For example: • L-sit → Tuck Planche • L-sit → Shoulder Stand These are great because they teach you how to move between positions while staying tight and in control instead of treating each skill as something completely separate. As these become easier, you can even start adding a third movement. 🎯 Remember… The goal isn’t to create the hardest combo. The goal is to start thinking about movement instead of isolated exercises. You’ll build: • coordination • body awareness • smoother transitions • creativity Sometimes the simplest combinations are the most fun. 👇 Keep posting your videos and combinations in the original challenge post. I can’t wait to see what everyone comes up with!

Burpees
This morning I did one set of 15 burpees before doing my weight workout, treadmill and rowing. I am planning to go back to gym after lunch and try to do another 15 burpees, treadmill and rowing again. It's amazing how the up and down motion of the ship can make burpees more difficult and weights lighter or heavier depending on if the ship is going up or down.

L-sit challenge
Even though I can do L-sits, it doesn't mean I don't need to improve them! So whenever I find a challenge online of course I have to try it😁 I did the same as the video except I finished with a V-sit tuck. https://www.facebook.com/share/r/1bzp1AWPfW/ When I do any challenge, I don't work on it for days. I see the video and go straight at it, I don't expect perfection! I want to see what I can do and what I need to work on😊 Who wants to try this challenge ❓ Or does anyone have a fun challenge they want to share❓
