Instead of practicing just one exercise...
Connect two movements together.
It could be:
• Pull-up → L-sit
• Handstand → Forward roll
• Crow pose → Headstand
• L-sit → Tuck planche
• Muscle-up → Dip
• Cartwheel → Handstand
And yes, animal movements count too.
For example:
• Bear crawl → Frog jump
• Crab reach → Sit-through
• Ape step → Deep squat
• Beast hold → Kick-through
Or make up something completely new.
🤔 "But I don't have those skills yet..."
Perfect.
Think of it like creating your own burpee or even an Olympic lift.
Those movements are really just several simpler movements connected together.
For example:
• Squat → Push-up
• Push-up → Downward dog
• Step-up → Knee raise
• Deep squat → Stand → Calf raise
• Dead hang → Knee raise
• Pike push-up → Plank
It does not have to be flashy.
The goal is simply to move from one movement into another without stopping.
🎯 Why this challenge?
Connecting movements teaches you things that isolated exercises do not:
• body awareness
• coordination
• smoother transitions
• creativity
• movement confidence
You will probably discover combinations you never would have tried otherwise.
💡 Need ideas?
I will also post a suggestion during the week to help give everyone some ideas.
You can copy it, change it, make it easier, make it harder, or use it to create your own combination.
📹 Bonus Challenge
Film your favorite combination and post it below.
It does not matter if it is easy, hard, smooth, messy, or funny.
I would love to see what everyone comes up with, and you might inspire someone else to try your combination.
