Chest-to-wall with Cartwheel attempts
The first attempt to leave the wall was terrible and I was further away compared with the second one...🤣. It got a bit better in the second attempt as I changed position of one hand. Let's practice to learn it correctly 😅🤸‍♀️🤸‍♀️🤸‍♀️ Today: 5.5km walking 30 full push-ups 10 Pike Push-ups 100 deep squat Handstand in progress [Chest to wall(need to get better on it),crow pose, tucked and straight legs headstand]

Daily Action Log 🎆 [Dec. 27 – Jan. 4]
Your first actions of the new year Consistency is not built on January 1st motivation. It is built by taking action before motivation shows up. This week matters more than it looks. It is the bridge between the old year and the new one. The habits you keep here usually decide how January actually goes. This space exists for one reason: to turn small actions into momentum. No perfect workouts required. No “new year, new me” pressure. Just movement. Just showing up. 💪 Trained strength for 10–30 minutes? Post it here. 🤸 Practiced a skill like handstands, hangs, or flow? Drop it here. 🧘 Did mobility, stretching, walking, or recovery work? It counts. Even 2–5 minutes matters. Especially during the holidays and the first week of the year. This week is about identity, not intensity. You are proving to yourself that you are someone who moves… even when life is busy, messy, or unstructured. 👉 How to use this space: • Post what you did today • Include time or reps if you want feedback • Support others with likes or comments Every post builds accountability. Every interaction strengthens the group. Showing up here is how discipline is built — quietly, daily, and on purpose. 💬 What is one action you took today to start the year moving forward? Post it below ⬇️

Half an hour on the stair climber then animal flow, wall handstands, some balancing, and a few hanging L sits and chin ups. NYE done. Ready for my new year's workout tomorrow morning.

@Tye Kirk I throw everything into Instagram's edits, so I can delete them off my phone. Super easy .
🎆 Dec 31. One Day Before the New Year.
We do this kind of reflection way too rarely. It should happen more than once a year. But since today is actually Dec 31 Let’s use it properly. This is not about resolutions. Not about “new year, new me”. Write two things below 1️⃣ What are you most proud of from this year? A habit you kept. A skill you started. Showing up when motivation was low. Not quitting when it got uncomfortable. It counts. 2️⃣ What are you excited to work toward next year? One thing. Not a full life overhaul. Just a direction. This is how momentum is built. We should do this kind of check-in more often. But today is a good place to start. 💬 Drop your answers below. Let’s close the year with awareness, not pressure.

I tested a bunch of skills after I got home from the gym. These and more I only learned to do this year, plus non calisthenics things like swimming laps without getting puffed, hiking/camping in the bush on my own, trying things in public I'm not good at yet, doing things in the gym that some people would think look silly.

@Gabriela Lavista I think this about injuries too. I'm working in getting my mum back in the gym too. She has a hip waiting on surgery, but there's no need to lose her strength everywhere else. There's usually "something" you can do when one part is offline.
🗳️ January Skill Focus Challenge Is Locked In (What Will You Choose)
We ran the vote. And starting Jan 5, we are doing something simple but powerful. 👉 ONE skill. ONE week. EVERY day. That is the commitment. Not intensity. Not perfect sessions. Just a daily touch. And we are going to film it and post it so we can be proud, encourage each other and get coached. 1 minute counts. 30 minutes counts. Showing up is the win. 🔁 How the weekly skill focus works Week 1 (starting Jan 5) You pick ONE skill You work on it every day for that week Short, long, messy, playful, focused. It all counts. Week 2 and beyond You get options: - Stay with the same skill and go deeper - Move to a harder progression - Switch to a brand new skill I will also give weekly suggestions so no one feels stuck or overwhelmed. This keeps things fresh without losing consistency. 🧠 What we are doing until Jan 4 We are using this thread to decide what skill YOU want to focus on. Comment below with: - The skill you want to work on OR - Say “I am not sure” and I will suggest one for you 💡 Skill ideas if you want inspiration Strength-based skills - Pull-ups or chin-ups - L-sit - Tuck front lever - Dips or straight bar support - Muscle-up progressions Technical skills - Handstand (wall or freestanding) - Handstand balance drills - Crow pose or elbow lever - Cartwheel or handstand exits - Flow transitions Mobility and movement skills - Deep squat comfort - Cossack squats - Jefferson curl control - Animal movements - Hanging and shoulder mobility You do NOT need to be “ready” for a skill. You just need to start touching it. This is how skills actually stick. Daily exposure. Low pressure. High consistency. 💬 Comment below with the ONE skill you want to work on for Week 1 Or ask for a suggestion and I will help you choose. Let’s start January with clarity, not chaos.

Forearm stand is the one I am touching on each day. Catching a hang more consistently. Eventually removing the block I am using for assistance. And being able to push up from a headstand and play with shapes are all goals.
Last Day of 2025
Hello everyone, this year is about to end in few hours, I will be asleep by then so happy new year in advance. This year was really great with calisthenics and running. Today I tried to attempt a few skills and results were suprisingly good. I managed to hold hanging L sit for 4 seconds, few reps of shrimp squats. I tried front lever too but that didn't happen, but that still is great progress for me. And I hope next would be like this for me and everyone else, what goals they have towards there health- they work on it and hopefully achieve them. I will also try to get this L sit onto the floor, convert these shrimp squats to pistol squats and hopefully unlock front lever and many more. Happy new year 🎆🎆🎆

Happy new year! Well done on this year's progress. The habits are there. Now, I can pistol squat, but I don't think I can shrimp squat?! (Let me add that to my training 🤪)
