Pancake to chaturunge - yoga transition
Tried this from Instagram after my attempts at stalder press the other day. Working from pancake push ups, to push up through the arms and get the hips up. Here you're meant to jump back to chaturunga (bent arm plank). I can only do that from a frog pose or a high crow at the moment. Hopefully this is a stepping stone to the pike press position if I can progress to get my hips high enough.. Even being able to push up to straight arms from the Initial bent arms pose would be a good sequence to try. The yoga block was a good prop. The push up handles actually made it a bit harder to get the Initial lift off.

I really liked seeing your video. I wish that I had a wall that did not have something on it so that I could climb the wall or kick up like you on.
My Scale
You would laugh but I took my scale on the cruise. I'm showing a 2 pound loss, body fat of 17.8 and muscle of 36.4. That is the lowest body fat and the highest muscle mass my scale has ever shown. I'm going to get a body scan after 3 more training cessions and I hope that these numbers are supported!!! If they are I will feel that the cruise is proving to be a success!!!

@Clara Gassner On a cruise there no real interruptions and you are free to do what ever you want. I been taking the stairs and never using the elevators. Everyday 20-30 flights of stairs, going to the gym everyday. Been having an omelet with fruit every morning and some lunches. Mostly eating chicken, salmon and some beef. Hope it all works out.

@Brandon Beauchesne-Hebert I check my blood pressure every now and then. My blood pressure this morning was 129/74 with a heart rate of 49.
