Things have been a bit crazy around here lately. I’ve been missing the community.
This week I only did calisthenics strength workouts with my partner , who always helps me get back on track 💪
Day 1/6:
  • Warm-up - 3min
  • Cossack squats - 3×15
  • Incline push-ups (hands on a table) - 3×15
  • Landmine rows - 3×15
  • Bulgarian split squats - 3×15
  • Abs - 3×15
  • Plank - 3×45s
  • Calf raises - 50x
Day 2/6:
  • Warm-up - 3min
  • Weighted sumo squats - 3×15
  • Chair dips - 3×15
  • Dumbbell lateral raises - 3×15
  • Elevated glute bridges (one leg) - 3×15
  • Abs - 3×15
  • Plank - 3×45s
  • Calf raises - 50x
Over the next few days, I’ll be traveling to enjoy Carnival festivities here in Brazil 🎉🎭
No promises about training, but I’ll definitely be walking and dancing all day 😄
