Fun in the snow
Beautiful day to go sledding !🛷 🌞 It's not always about doing pull ups, handstands or hitting a new personal best sometimes it's just about having fun! But I gotta say, 1 hour of sledding is a perfect way to get my cardio in😅

Omg that looks soooo fun! Can u pls send some snow to Australia? It’s currently summer here but if I catch it on a mountain maybe I can slide down just once haha. I’ve only been to the snow once and it was the year with the least snow in a 100 years 😆 so sledding is def going on my life list 😍 ❄️ Looks like you had a beautiful day with your daughter :)

Mon, W5 Training Plan 🔥
Loving this new workout, knowing that the warmup preps me specifically for the pushups workout and then the pancake sits are to prep for tomorrow’s workout and get me closer to the pancake fold faster :) Learning to train smarter, not harder 😎 WARMUP 10 shoulder bands + protocol 10 tabletop rocks 10 wrist circles PUSHUPS 🔥8 bench pushups x3 (graduated from wall pushups!) 5 wall pushups 5 neg knee pushups 30 sec hollow hold GREASE TO GROOVE 60 sec pancake sit x3 throughout the day

@Zara Doering it gives me hope that our bodies can totally learn flexibility & mobility tho, just like strength. Unfortunately there’s no shortcut tho lol. If only we were naturally born as flexi as elastigirl 😎
Sun, W5 Training Plan
I’ve decided to narrow my focus to achieving 2 skills: 10 full pushups & pancake fold. This is because my first 4 weeks were spent building a consistent habit of training, figuring out how to write and execute my training plans, and just getting my head around so much new info about calisthenics. I thought I was happy with slowly developing mobility & strength to achieve a wider variety of skills over a longer period, but seeing some of you achieving new skills motivated me to make a plan to reach fewer skills faster. That’s why I love this community - cos we learn from and motivate each other! Currently, for pushups - I can do 3 x 10 wall pushups. Currently for the pancake fold, I can sit forward hinge with a flat back with hands on the floor. Looking forward to this new focused way of training :) Today though, I am resting and went for a beautiful 10 minute barefoot grounding walk in my sunny backyard :) and broke my planking record 🥳 What are you all working on at the moment?

@Brandon Beauchesne-Hebert with pushups, its tricep strength on the pushing up, with pancake fold, its the inner thigh restriction. So I chose some warmup exercises and grease the groove moves to do to strengthen these areas. Excited to see how it goes :)

@Ricardo Jorge awwww what an adorable name, love it when people name their animal another type of animal. I knew someone a while ago that named their 2 dogs fish & chips haha, and another friend knew 3 dogs named snot, mucus and bogey haha. Not quite another animal but def a trio you wouldn’t forget 😅
