Hey everyone!
Things have been a bit crazy around here lately. I’ve been missing the community. This week I only did calisthenics strength workouts with my partner @Luciana Rennó , who always helps me get back on track 💪 Day 1/6: - Warm-up - 3min - Cossack squats - 3×15 - Incline push-ups (hands on a table) - 3×15 - Landmine rows - 3×15 - Bulgarian split squats - 3×15 - Abs - 3×15 - Plank - 3×45s - Calf raises - 50x Day 2/6: - Warm-up - 3min - Weighted sumo squats - 3×15 - Chair dips - 3×15 - Dumbbell lateral raises - 3×15 - Elevated glute bridges (one leg) - 3×15 - Abs - 3×15 - Plank - 3×45s - Calf raises - 50x Over the next few days, I’ll be traveling to enjoy Carnival festivities here in Brazil 🎉🎭 No promises about training, but I’ll definitely be walking and dancing all day 😄

January recap
Finishing the January challenge and starting a brand-new month with my training partner @Luciana Rennó 💪🏼 I can’t thank her enough for pushing me forward, mentoring me, and encouraging me throughout this whole month! Without her support (and yours here in the community), I wouldn’t have gone from zero exercise to working out consistently 6x per week. It’s a long journey to build strength and body awareness — and eventually develop calisthenics skills and be able to do longer treks. But every small step forward makes me feel more confident and motivated. Thank you all for being part of this journey. Let’s make February even better than January 😄🎉

February – Week 1 (5/6)
This week: - Monday – 30 min calisthenics strength + 5 min animal flow - Tuesday – 1 h gym strength (lower body) - Wednesday – 30 min calisthenics strength - Thursday – 30 min mobility - Friday – Rest - Saturday – Rainy day, couldn’t go for a walk as planned ☔️ - Sunday – 1 h gym (upper body) + 15 min treadmill + 45 s bar hang Thanks @Luciana Rennó 🙏🏼 Let’s make it another great week! 💪

January challenge
4 week challenge recap, the first week I did cartwheels and the last 3 weeks chest to wall🤸 The first video is from January 12 and the second from February 1 My goal was to hold for 5 seconds, I got 4-5 seconds… But it meant a lot more than the seconds, I've been staying away from doing chest to wall cause it scared the shit out of me! So it's been a real mental challenge but it was worth it😁 Lots of positives: -i can bail out safely, I've had to do it MANY times seriously a lot! 😂 -I took my time, getting my position right and noticing how my body felt before I moved my foot -I can do small adjustments to my body, doesn't always work but it's better then not -I felt more comfortable, confident and less scared I loved doing a monthly challenge, it's exactly what I needed to get some confidence back with my handstands 🤸
