Handstands
Still working out what drills to do and for how long etc but something better than nothing! If anyone has any ~10min daily drills they’d recommend please let me know and equally any comments on form/areas for improvement/progression!

Today was a lighter day. Recovery is training too 🙌 I focused only on mobility (50 min): - Shoulders - Chest - Back - Deep squat - Wrists
First Elbow lever hold
Got my first Elevated Elbow lever hold. Only about 5 seconds but still a win! Also my daughter had a go, clip was too good not to share!

Biking sunday
In my city, every Sunday some streets are reserved so that only bikes can circulate through them. It's a whole circuit and it's fun but I hadn't done it for almost a decade. But I'm very happy now, being inspired by many of you and wanting to move in different ways. So we went back today 😀🚴‍♀️ My partner can even ride when there are cars in the street but I'm not that brave 😅 I don't know if I ever will, but at least for Sundays this is a.very cool activity Is there something similar in your cities?

A new goal for 2026
Today I discovered I already have the strength to hold up the bar for a couple of seconds, so now it becomes possible for me to train to get my first pull-up (or at list chin up) this year 💪😃
