Bot not starting even though ActiveTag is added 👀
I’m running into an issue with multiple clients: The lead replies to the start message → Active tag gets added correctly → but the bot doesn’t respond. In every broken conversation I can see the tag is there. Trigger is: - “Customer replied” - No filters - Then conditional paths - Fallback → Start Bot Tag is set 100% correctly. Bot just doesn’t fire sometimes. Anyone experienced this with IG DMs + Start Bot? Currently it´s around 5% of all chats where it´s happening at the beginning of a conversation...

Assistant Hanging Up Mid Conversation
Thought maybe it was a Claude issue, switched to Gemini and it's still happening. Just hangs up middle of the conversation or on one instance just went silent and stopped talking.

Does AI Agent respond to email for you?
Hey guys, trying to test email responses for the AI agent and it's not working. Does this feature work for any of you? I'm treating it just like chat - so I believe it's the tag that should trigger the email channel conversation
