Appointments Being Scheduled on Incorrect Dates again?
Over the last few days, some of our customers have reported that the bot is booking appointments on the wrong date again. For example, it tells the user “your appointment for Friday is confirmed,” but then actually books it for Thursday. This issue hasn’t occurred for the past 2+ months, so we just wanted to check if this is only happening to us.
Bot not starting even though ActiveTag is added 👀
I’m running into an issue with multiple clients: The lead replies to the start message → Active tag gets added correctly → but the bot doesn’t respond. In every broken conversation I can see the tag is there. Trigger is: - “Customer replied” - No filters - Then conditional paths - Fallback → Start Bot Tag is set 100% correctly. Bot just doesn’t fire sometimes. Anyone experienced this with IG DMs + Start Bot? Currently it´s around 5% of all chats where it´s happening at the beginning of a conversation...

@Jorden Williams should I make my trigger Automation smaller and move the conditions into a separate Automation? My main rule is that the bot should not start on specific keywords and when the Message is empty
Unauthorized for adding API Key?
Is someone having issues aswell connecting Claude API Key? I already created support ticket for it but no answer. Is it an internal issue ore an issue on my side? In Claude everything looks configured right... Always when i connect the API key it says i´m unauthorized...

Conversation Stuck on "Reading your message..."
For some reason my bot my bot does not respond the first time around it receives some messages. The user needs to send another message so that the AI gets un-stuck. Is this a "me" problem? does anyone else have this issue? Is there someone working to fix this problem?

Any update on wrong date / time?
Hey, we're 6 weeks into 2026 and the day is still 1 day earlier than the date as if it's still 2025. Is there any update on when this is going to be fixed? Lots of clients having huge effects because they book for Feb 10 on Monday for example (AI books for Feb 10 Tuesday which is correct), then the prospect waits around on Monday and is annoyed when the sales rep shows up on Tuesday. @Jorden Williams @Assistable Ai

@Callan Mendyk for me the same… Only Solution for me to get rid of this issue is to remove the day…
