ai email channel not working?
Does anyone know how to set up the ai assistant so that it can reply to email channel on ghl? I noticed the assistants have the 'email' channel available, so I set up an automation to test it. The AI is not responding to any email comms from users. This is what I've done so far: - added tag to the assistant labelled "cartrecovery_agent" - added the same tag to the user/contact on ghl - sent an email to the user/contact (myself) on ghl - From the user's end, replied the email that was sent
