Bot not starting even though ActiveTag is added 👀

I’m running into an issue with multiple clients: The lead replies to the start message → Active tag gets added correctly → but the bot doesn’t respond.

In every broken conversation I can see the tag is there.

Trigger is:

“Customer replied”
No filters
Then conditional paths
Fallback → Start Bot

Tag is set 100% correctly. Bot just doesn’t fire sometimes.

Anyone experienced this with IG DMs + Start Bot?

Currently it´s around 5% of all chats where it´s happening at the beginning of a conversation...
