MAJOR SYSTEM BUG
@Jorden Williams There is a major bug with voices leading to it not following prompts. All agents sound different, like robots and not the usual. They are speaking in custom values, hanging up calls, and not leaving VM. We opened a ticket and no response. I see other threads like this.. Can we please get an update.

if assistable.ai domains are not loading, just use createassistants - or maybe take this time to go outside and enjoy the sunshine or spend time with families. We'll create a rerouting process for domains if ever a big DNS outage like this

Assistant Not Replying At All
I have some conversations that are just stopping dead in the water. User replies and then Assistant doesn't reply at all. No error or anything? When I try and push it through manually Assistable doesn't create a reply?

Voice and behavior changed this morning
Something is seriously wrong this morning, was something changed? I have multiple assistants voices changed, and messing up scheduling incorrectly on the calendar, and ignoring tools and/or not scheduling them at all. Here is an example call. This assistant was working properly before and was set to use CIMO for voice, and gpt4o for the model. Elevenlabs setting is set to Turbo2.5 and multilingual engine. Others are reporting the same. Anyone know what's going on and how to fix it? @Jorden Williams @Assistable Team

Inbound call, Bot auto texts the user based on their last message
I just noticed today that if someone calls into GHL, GHL forward to Assistable, that Assistable receives a blank "text" and responds to the text based on the last full message from the user. Anyone else Seeing this? This is ticket number #5733

That’s weird, we block call messages - it started today? An inbound and outbound blank text? What’s the meta data on those msgs look like - can dm or text
