What is Assistable’s roadmap to stay competitive with GHL’s rapid AI expansion?
Hey team 👋 I wanted to open this discussion to better understand the direction Assistable is heading. As many of us see, GoHighLevel is moving extremely fast—especially with AI. They’ve been rolling out improvements weekly across chat, voice, and now even email, making their ecosystem more powerful and integrated. Given that for many of us GHL is the closest alternative or benchmark, I’m curious: - What are Assistable’s upcoming plans or roadmap to stay ahead or differentiated? - How is the team thinking about maintaining its competitive edge in AI (chat, voice, automation, etc.)? - Is there any update regarding the release of version 3, which was expected recently? I’m asking this from a place of long-term commitment—we’re building around Assistable and would love to better understand the vision moving forward. Apologies for the delay - we've been migrating some assets to AWS which is a perfect segway to answer The simple answer is we are building for depth not breadth - we are building for ownership and sustainability rather than shiny object. Perfect example is now. Right now is a time where it may seem where we are a bit absent or no "new feature" weekly like usual but we are doing a lot of boring things tbh. DB migrations, server migrations, rebuilding 3+ yr of infra and data to own it. After this is done, we have almost 0 vendors in our entire stack which means we own EVERYTHING end-to-end 1. depth not breadth - we will double down on, and get deeper into, things that are already there rather than adding new stuff as much. Take transfers as an example. How do we create a better experience which more customization like wait music on transfer? confirmation and rejection from the business owner so the agent can either transfer or handle on it at the convience of your client. Flow builder is another - how do we scaffold agents so that our users can run AI cheaply and inteiilgently? how do we increase latency without decreasing intelligence? things like this is our focus now 2. Same thing as one - but aside from depth our focus is on expanding native abilities. along the way we've basically been a plugin for GHL but how do we keep more functionality in-house for a better / deeper exerpeince in building set-it-and-forget-it solutions. In house workflows, not to contpete with GHL, but to save you money and time on middleware for tools just do that stuff here without maintiaing this and n8n or something. so we will double down on the depth on building agents and deploying them 3. yeah, we reverted due to some minor schema stuff - we have fixed it since and now focusing on cleaning up everything for a full prod release soon. focus here is seamless experience The vision has never changed - but the way we are working towards it has. A lot of these things you will see from GHL seem to be shiny object - nothing wrong with that BTW, I myself love shiny things, but we'd rather be the master at two things: building complex agent archectiure as easy as possible to people like you (so you can build things for clients that you never thought you could before) and how do we make deploying / maintincing that easy (set-it-forget-it, fallbacks, integrations, visibility etc etc.)
Any permanent fixes to calendar day/date incorrect
Hey, I'm still finding sometimes that the AI will read the day and date as the 2025 ones, not the 2026 ones. For example: Today is Wednesday 25th but the AI will say it's Tuesday 25th. Anyone found a permanent fix to this? @Jorden Williams @Assistable Ai

I am not a horse, but I am wondering if this is Stable?
I'm in the process of taking on a new customer (one of a few in the pipeline), and... I've got ANXIETY. - Will this be stable enough to deliver on the promises I made when I pitched this product to them? - Will I set something up for it to fail after I have gone live with this? I am also at a loss, the contextualised demo, which was working previously, does not work with the current set up. The prompts are not read from a custom field in GHL and the title of the customer field that is located inside the curly brackets are what is read out to the client participating in a demo. I really want this to work, and after having reached out Jorden, he said that he had something that could help with this, I've really not heard anything. Support, even though they are polite and professional, have not been able to find a work around for this or let me know why it's not working. I have live ads, live customers and I am actually in a panic about what is going to happen with the customers I do have and the ones that I have pitched to. The voice bots once set up and are tested, in my experience, fail, hallucinate, mis pronounce words, don't use the correct tool calls, the tool calls have to be set up in different ways, taking up more of the prompt window, the list goes on. The speak over the user on the phone, they change voice mid way through a call, they don't utilise the knowledge banks correctly. I'm trying to be patient, but not heard anything back since the 3rd week of February from @Jorden Williams , I know there is a BIG PUSH for V3, but I am a CURRENT customer, caught in the no mans land cross fire of current system issues, and wether you regard this as a RANT or not, I'm just trying to get some help, so that I can carry on running a business with the model that I pivoted to last year based on what the software delivered on. I'm not trying to make my problem your problem, because, essentially it's not, but I am looking for clarity and support.

@Jamie Latinsky check oauth - all of those sound like oauth connection Hullcinations = doesn’t know contact info from GHL Booking = can’t book to calendar bc GHL won’t let it Etc
Hard reset connection failed
I did hard reset many times ( following Jorden’s video: uninstall app in market place, then reset ghl connection ) but still failed to connect. Does anyone know how to fix? @Jorden Williams @Assistable Ai @Assistable Team
