Curious, what has been most valuable to you?
I’m improving the onboarding for ADHD Harmony and I’d love your input. What has been the most valuable thing you’ve gotten from this community/our programs so far? I want to make sure new members get as much value as possible right from the start, so your answer will help me shape the onboarding around what actually works. Would love to see your input in the comments.

Got distracted. I think JT will forgive me. 📅 Daily Check-in - July 7, 2026 💭 Reflection: "One small win today (this is actually for 7/6 11:00PM, just a little late) is I showered, and spent two hours at the bank helping a friend who was trying to open two new congregation accounts due to changing banks. Because of my banking background, it actually came into good use today. I stayed busy most of the day. Not focusing on Lily. When you don't have social media, gofundme is extremely limited. But, it's ok. we'll figure it out. We've had crisis happen in the bast. Oslo was only $550, but he died at home the day before he was going to be put down back in May. Lily was in the hospital from Thursday - yesterday afternoon. I hope they find something in the necropsy they're doing so we know what happened to her. If you saw her levels, they were literally off the charts. Our poor baby. 📅 Daily Check-in - July 6, 2026 💭 Reflection: "One small win today is that I got out of bed and I WILL be taking a shower within the next hour. It's the little things that can make big wins. Something I keep avoiding is my rocks. I finished my 2nd commitment letter yesterday, 6+ weeks later. JT knows me much better now, so it was able to take that and pull into the letter to myself. The palm of my hand hurts some, but I'm still doing those exercises (my stretching lol). My wrist hurts a little, but it been just under 2 weeks since surgery, so I can understand that some. I wasn't given any stretches for that, but I will be looking them up. That's it for now.
