This is as of now. I'm not going to bother doing one for the morning. I'm tired now. LOL 📅 Daily Check-in - July 3, 2026 💭 Reflection: "I find that I find myself most focused, hyperfocused really, on doing things, like looking things ups in great detail for people.....in some things Not all. For example,, I did a little research on how to convert credit card points to miles to travel to Hawaii in the off season (shoulder season). I speant 10 minutes and then it became boring. Amy received a text from a customer and the wording upset her. So I plugged into ChatGPT. It provided an answer, but it didn't have all the details. So added the additional details. Apparently, in the minor few word texts, there were details I needed to provide to "Chip" my name for ChatGPT. Chip kept providing info. When my wife kept saying, "on this day...", I just took her phone and I did data entry with a timeline of the events and conversation since April so that it had full context. Then we (she via me) was able to get a better way to text the customer back so that it doesn't appear defensive, but that it was more of a misunderstanding. The customer says she never knows the amount she owes. Chip was able to verify that she knows perfectly well what she'll have to pay. It cited sources and giving me all this info. Then I had it go into High thinking rather than instant. I spent easily 1.5 - 2 hours on it. I was kind of bummed when it was finished. Why spend so much time on a text response, then looking at how to get to Hawaii? I want to go there. Maybe it was overwhelming. I think I figured how to do flights, it's now paying for a place to stay that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Oh well. I felt energized doing that. My wife said, "Is this the type of focusing you are talking about?" I said yes. It's something I enjoy doing and had to give it my all. It was an all or nothing thing. Give me that phone so I can get dates and conversation. I need to get a life. lol " 📊 Wellbeing Scores:
