I'm sharing this here because I know many of you in this community are stuck around career/purpose/starting a business. I decided to share this here as well, to help some of you who are ready for the next step. I want to make healing more accessible through technology. Where to start after completing challenge
Moving forward after completing the 5 day challenge is a bit overwhelming. - I have notes on all 6 days that I need to review as Ive forgotten alot of content/ structure already! - I have loops that I need to write out and complete - I have routines to implement AM and PM - I have a pile of AI generated reports to read property and process - I have The Blue Print Not sure where to start. I have managed to get all in order in a folder. More than I have ever done before! Now task paralasis is setting in. Surrounded by old paperwork not related [one of my loops to do I guess] I have spent a whole day organising it at the desk. Already ignoring some of the tips - lifestyle choices- movement , water , balance !!!! I can't join this cohort unfortunately.

Happy Mother's Day!🥰 I am going to celebrate by continuing my streaks 😁. Because as a single mom, if I don't do it, no one will. That's not a defeatist remark; it is a realization. And it is ultimately empowering. No one is bringing me breakfast in bed or anything. I'm not getting any gifts. But that is ok! I'm giving MYSELF the gift of continuing my streaks. Because I KNOW these streaks give me a fighting chance.. and i want that.. I'm also going to do these things so i can bring happy energy to daughter. Maybe we will do dances together again on the dance game🤔 but regardless, *I* am GOING to have a good day! Here at the house (and taking a little walk). And I'm excited that I'm creating that! That being said, last night was night 8(!!) of Operation Dreamland 🥳 Here is what I want to do today (so far)- probably not in order at this moment 😅 but that's ok! It is a start! *shower, ending in cold spray with "waterfall" setting *wash face listening to positive things *qi gong and/or dance to 2 songs *80+ oz water- I have a big pink cup i fill *take vitamins *eat protein! *take short walk *spanish practice *journal *meditation *go to my car so I can use voice memo and SPEAK freely *after dinner routine *TV OFF by 9 pm *night 8 of operation Dreamland That's what I have so far. It is currently 6:40 am here. My goal is to be OUTSIDE for short walk by 7:30. I can do that! I want to make a coffee with 2 scoops protein powder. And bring that. I'm saying all this here so that I have a direction. It is a start. And that's what I need. Ok all that to say, love you guys!! Hope you have a great day!
