MY ADHD Snapshot...WOW!!
Just finished the first section of my ADHD Snapshot and realized the thing I always called selfishness or being unreliable is actually a wall between what I want to do and what I can make myself do. I also caught myself writing a letter of self love to my younger self, when the person who needs to hear it is the woman I am right now. It was definatly an eye opening experience. I can already tell this is going to change my life completly. Thank you for the opportunity to be a part of this!!! ❤️

New beginnings
Guy’s, I’m psyched! Just joined. I’m entering my second phase in life with new and bold ideas, an amazing career behind and in front of me, but I’m eager to step outside of the box (corporate world) and do things my way. I’m savvy, a risk taker, strong communicator, great decision maker and leader, able to visualize success by breaking it down into small practical steps - but I need help getting into the right circles. I focus too much on hard work, and not enough on networking. At 54, I believe I can still build my diversified mini empire, but need to know how to reach investors. If anyone has ideas or suggestions, send them through. Happy to engage.

📅 Daily Check-in - June 13, 2026 💭 Reflection: "Right now I feel... exhausted. I’m tapped. I feel like I’m getting ganged up on again by my wife and 1 of my 2 kids. Let doctors orders stopped one of my meds for a few days to see if needed. My resting pulse was over 120 for over 10 minutes. I’ve tried a few days. Seeing maybe if there was something that could be a trigger. No..the medication keeps the pulse down. Starting that again tomorrow. I was hoping to drop 1 of the 12. We’ll see what the next few days bring.
