🚨 DOORS CLOSING SOON - 6 weeks from now, your life could look like this.
I could spend hours telling you what the 6 week program "Reinvent your ADHD Life" is. I'd rather show you. Below is Cohort 3 on the day they completed the 6-week program, sharing, in their own words, what changed. Just 42 days earlier, they were sitting where you might be today: overwhelmed, skeptical, exhausted, or wondering if anything would finally stick. Now it's their turn to tell the story. If you're wondering whether this could be the right next step for you, start here. More information → Thank you to everyone in Cohort 3 and our continuation members for your courage, honesty, and willingness to share your journey. Your stories will help more people than you know. Curious, what has been most valuable to you?
I’m improving the onboarding for ADHD Harmony and I’d love your input. What has been the most valuable thing you’ve gotten from this community/our programs so far? I want to make sure new members get as much value as possible right from the start, so your answer will help me shape the onboarding around what actually works. Would love to see your input in the comments.
I don't want to post
Hi I'm Mandy, Edit: Wow I sound so bitter. The Snapshot was full of questions that are hard to think about. I usually am highly masking, always smiling, trying to see the positive in everything so I'm not crumbling, but well not working on this fine early morning. I'm 36yo with a life that didn't go as planned. Always been different in some way, no matter the "group" I was in, never found where I belong even in my family. Add endometriosis that was undiagnosed for 7 years, operated last year, just to come back worse with adenomyosis. A long Covid in the middle of those years that felt like a steep cognitive decline. I spent years not recognizing myself in the mirror. I can now accept that i'm not the same, but I still don't know who I am or who I'm becoming. Self-diagnosed AuDHD, because I'm in France, and AuDHD is not even known... and getting an autism or ADHD assessment cost an arm and a leg, so imagine getting both. I work in Communication Strategy mostly, but I had many lives (tourism, events, client support specialist), and I do translation and interpretation sometimes as it was my first love. I'm trying to find my spark again, or a new spark, just something to feel like I'm living again, and not just surviving. I promise I'm usually more fun, I love to laugh (I make myself laugh a lot) and make others laugh.

Amazing Weekend checkin
I had the most amazing time on the weekend. Never underestimate the benefit of taking intentional time to rest and recharge. I went away for 3 days with some friends to a rural property in western NSW (Australia) and it was so rejuvenating - the colours green and blue are so important for our wellbeing, they act like a natural reset button for your body and mind. I'm a testament that they work, I feel so refreshed, reconnected, aligned and motivated today. I have been smashing through my planned tasks. Oh and an added bonus...I got more than 8 hrs of sleep each night! that is unheard of for me 😍 This is some of the science... 🌲 Physical Benefits - Lowers Stress: Looking at these colours physically slows your heart rate and reduces stress hormones. - Rests Your Eyes: Blue and green are easy on the eyes, preventing screen fatigue and headaches. - Boosts Healing: People living or recovering near these colors tend to heal faster and feel less pain 🧠 Mental Benefits - Refreshes Your Brain: Being around nature colours recharges your focus when you are feeling burnt out. - Calms Anxiety: Looking at water or clear skies naturally cuts through feelings of panic and worry. - Sparks Creativity: Glimpsing green before a task helps you come up with more imaginative ideas. So I recommend, if you can, go outside...observe the beauty, let the sun warm your face and soak up the natural benefits 🤩 I've attached a few of my pics for your enjoyment
