Curious, what has been most valuable to you?
I’m improving the onboarding for ADHD Harmony and I’d love your input. What has been the most valuable thing you’ve gotten from this community/our programs so far? I want to make sure new members get as much value as possible right from the start, so your answer will help me shape the onboarding around what actually works. Would love to see your input in the comments.
Vaccinated with a gramophone needle
📅 Daily Check-in - July 7, 2026 💭 Reflection: "Well today was a day full of rabbit holes that I had to dig my way out of. I was so distracted, I'd start a task, then think I must go and look that thing up, only to discover some time later that I've fallen into a rabbit hole. I've been messaging my eldest and trying not to shed tears as I hear about his homesickness while in Christchurch. My youngest is feeling lost without his brother and really misses him. I've been dealing with all sorts of bits and pieces throughout the day. I even took my youngest shopping for Pokemon cards for both him and his older brother. It was like he was vaccinated with a gramophone needle - he just wouldn't stop talking. I got lost after the first couple of sentences, talking about Pokemon characters/cards and it just sounds like a different language. But it was just lovely listening to his vibrant chatter!" 📊 Wellbeing Scores: 😊 Happiness: 5/10 ⭐ Average: 5/10 ✅ Activities from yesterday: 💧 Stayed Hydrated 🥗 Healthy Eating 🍺 No Alcohol 🍬 No Added Sugar 🥩 Hit Protein Goal 🥦 Ate Vegetables 🍳 Home Cooked Meal 📚 Reading 🧠 Learning
🌿 My Bridge after Cohort 3.0 🌿
Six weeks done. Twelve, if I count from the start of Cohort 2.0. 🌀 And here's what I'm carrying with me: ✨ I've stopped disappearing from my own life. 🌙 I go to bed earlier. 🚪 I open my garden door early in the morning… and I actually step outside. (For years, that door stayed closed. Not anymore 😀.) 🌱 My focus now? Getting more me back. 💛 Painting after the laundry, instead of only chasing the next task. 🎨🧺 Slow. Real. Mine. 🕊️ — If you've finished a cohort, the Bridge worksheet is such a beautiful next step. It doesn't ask you to do more. It asks you to see what you've already built. 🌉 Thank you @Jim Ebbelaar , for creating this. 🙏
