I’m improving the onboarding for ADHD Harmony and I’d love your input. What has been the most valuable thing you’ve gotten from this community/our programs so far? My name Is Evelyn, I struggle to finish things once I start them 🤦‍♀️. I'm currently trying to learn a new career, I really want to lean how to invest in Real Estate the courses are online I find it really hard to stay focused. I get mad at myself because of that. I'm so glad I found this community.
My Bridge...
Just finished the 6-week Harmony program. Six weeks ago, I was circling for an hour over one decision. This week, I handled a real anxiety spike at a parking lot and kept walking to my appointment. Carrying forward: my morning routine, steadier sleep, and working on my project for 30 minutes a day, no matter what. The calls are done, but the practice keeps going.😊
