What if you stopped asking, "How loud is my tinnitus?"
Instead, ask yourself: ✨ "How fully did I live today?" Tinnitus recovery isn't just about quieter days. It's about laughing with your family. Finishing a work project. Going for a walk. Watching your favorite show. Meeting a friend for coffee. Doing the things you thought tinnitus had taken away. The more your life becomes the focus, the less tinnitus has to be. Your brain learns from where you place your attention not just from the volume of the sound. Today, don't measure your progress by your tinnitus. Measure it by the life you lived despite it. Was a bad day as I was working on my contracts with insurance carriers and found at least another 2 that I won't have for our busy season this fall. I also realized I haven't gotten anything back on my #2 carrier. I am feeling discouraged. Maybe I am not supposed to continue on in this industry. I really dont know. Not a lot going in what feels like a good direction right now. I dont want to invest more money into the business if im not even going to get it back in earnings. Going to have to do a deep dive on this.
