📅 Daily Check-in - July 19, 2026 💭 Reflection: "I can't remember what day I started, but I've been faithfully jumping on the stationary bike for 5 minutes. Tomorrow I am moving it up by 1 minute to 6 minutes, then adding 1 minute every few days. I'm thinking every 3 days, add 1 minute until I hit 15 minutes. Will do that for a bit. I had a great session with my project, advanced to a new section and started strong. My deadline is mid-September, and I'm on track with the plan. I'm pretty happy with myself. We had some pretty doozy thunderstorms and rain. It's another perfect day to stay inside and work on my project. Wishing everybody a wonderful day! Back to work .. had a couple weeks off . Was good but didn’t get as much done as I wanted . Physically feel rested but mentally still exhausted . Have to focus on the small wins and not on the negative aspects . So giving myself a break is NOT working..Days where I do everything right and still barely had energy to put the potatoes in the oven..But it makes me feel bad not doing much for myself in the long run. The supplements and stuff (not just for week 2 but in general) feel like a temporary "solution"/band-aid..Wanted to get sooooo much done today, because I KNOW clutter means stagnant energy..Which fires the spiral of things going worse and worse. Hubbs being supportive, but I gotta get myself out of this funk once and for all.
