Holy Crap this works!
Just finished Week 6, and I almost can't believe it. I came in so skeptical I literally had a plan to ask for a refund before day 30. Instead I never missed a single check-in in six weeks (anyone with ADHD knows how wild that is), I stopped fighting how my brain actually works, and I launched my coaching business this week. Still scared, still in progress - but I showed up and I didn't quit.

Hi for day 5 q1 your ideal day... Do we just make it up? Like our fantasy ideal day like waking up in our ideal house, in our ideal location etc or do we base it on reality with the life we currently have? Thank you

You know the adage of aim for the stars and at least you’ll land on the moon? Aim high. Be specific. Even if it turns into Plan B that’s alright too… But… Be SPECIFIC in what your goal is for today. In what you’re working on. For as long as I can remember, my goals in the business have been things like ‘moving the business forward’ Too vague. Nowhere even near specific enough. Of course you don’t feel like doing the thing… Why would you? Where’s the incentive to? Well, today… I am trying a different tact. Today I am drafting the copy for my Start With The Laundry 🧺 BETA offer 🤩 The aim of the day is to have the copy for the sales page done. Sidenote: Trying to not get overwhelmed in thinking of the next steps of connecting the tech and actually getting it LIVE 😬 Today’s aim though is to get the copy done. One nice first full draft. Complete. Wouldn’t that be awesome? 🤩 What’s your SPECIFIC big goal for the day? Would love to know….
