Quick truth: There is no "behind" in this challenge. That's a story your brain made up the moment you missed a day. And I get it. We are world-class at turning one missed session into a full-blown identity crisis. "I always do this." "I never finish anything." "Why did I even sign up." Stop and breathe for a minute.. Read the next line slowly: The challenge is not a train you missed. It's a room you can walk into whenever you're ready. Everything is still in the classroom. And the funny things is: Almost everyone misses a day. But what about the people with those big transformations? They're the ones who fell off as well. Felt the shame. And came back anyway. That is the rep that matters. That's the one that rewires you. Because every time you've quit something in the past, you taught your nervous system one thing: "We don't finish things." Today you get to teach it the opposite. Open the classroom. Press play on the next session. That's it. That's the whole task. Your transformation report is waiting on the other side of the questions. You're not behind. You're exactly where the comeback starts. 💛 Jim

If You Are New Here…
I have been in the program since March; I did the five day workshop and then the 6 week program. If you are patient, watch the classes, do the worksheets, and don’t let the technical issues get you down, you WILL find help through this program. You will get insights into who you are and how your brain works that will blow your mind. I’ve spent decades (I’m 66) looking for answers Jim’s program has helped me discover. I’ve worked with life coaches, counselors, therapists, neurologists, brain injury specialist, etc. NONE of them were able to help me in the ways this program has. I am different in several positive ways because I’m making the necessary changes and following these protocols.

Definitely use the microphone over typing -- it's like talking to a good therapist The mirror principle just clicked. My morning scroll and my "shutdown spiral" are the exact same behavior - I just call one a routine and the other a crisis. Turns out the chaos in my house and the impulse spending aren't separate problems. They're the same signal showing up in different rooms.

Sorry about all that, skipped a grove on the disk there, wait that is still Disco So yay, Lorna here, I reside in the Mid-Peninsula of the SF Bay Area.You can ask me about the SFBay area and Silicon Valley, I grew up here. I won’t tell you what It used to look like in my childhood, that would be ancient history, and it has changed a lot!!! What I want from ADHD Harmony: To make peace with my Vegas Nerve so I can stabilize my life, get a part time job and launch, as well as create the structure for my Crystal Bowls Workshop Business. (Biz#1) For fun, I like to swim, walk, people watch downtown, go over the hill to the beaches, and travel a bit. Oh and make wisecracks, thinking myself humorous. To fulfill my Masochistic bent, I take too many courses-I love to learn, but its becoming a problem:o And yes, I will be Hyper focusing this afternoon to catch up in the Challenge! Question, if we did all the tasks in the last 5 Day Challenge, can we answer all the questions again and see what AI reports back? I want to use my tablet this time, so I can use the audio feature to give my answers. I kind of Hyper focused through the last challenge too, but I was more successful in showing up for each day this time. Just need to do the homework, build an evening ritual and a morning ritual. I do sunrise gaze already, I am a early riser. I take magnesium and it really does help with waking during the night and muscle cramps in legs too.
