Day 11 – Ramadan Log 🌙🔥
Lazy Sunday Sehri: 2 chicken stuffed sandwiches, 250g yogurt, 2 whole boiled eggs + chai. Clean, protein solid start 💪 Aaj din thora heavy tha news ki wajah se. Global cheezein hamesha remind kar deti hain ke duniya unpredictable hai. Perspective calm rakhna zaroori hota hai. Iftar: ~350g rice/pulao, 2 dates, Thora gap, Phir ek big bowl fruit + veggies + red beans chaat (~450–500g). Aaj rest day tha gym se, Lekin kaam off nahi tha — Content research, delayed tasks clear kiye. Productive recovery day ✅ Post-work: 2 scoops Anabolic Mass, 1 orange 🍊, Water, Black coffee (no sugar). Lesson of the day: Rest day ≠ no protein day. Muscle gym mein break hoti hai, Growth rest day pe hoti hai. Protein skip karoge → recovery slow. Consistency sirf workouts mein nahi, nutrition mein bhi hoti hai. Ramadan teaching discipline in layers — Body, mind, perspective. See you tomorrow. Grind continues 💪 No pictures made 💀

🌙 Al-Malik — The King, The Absolute Owner Al-Malik (ٱلْمَلِك) means The King. Not a king of a country. Not a ruler of a time. But the absolute Sovereign — the One who owns the heavens, the earth, the seen and the unseen. Everything you see. Everything you touch. Everything you love. Belongs to Him. Your wealth? His. Your success? His. Your children? His. Your body? His. Your time? His. You are not the owner. You are the caretaker. 🤲 The Reality of Amanah (Trust) We say “my house, my car, my body, my parents, my business.” But in reality — it is all an amanah (trust) from Allah. And one day, Al-Malik will ask: - How did you use the body I gave you? - How did you treat the parents I entrusted to you? - How did you raise the children I placed in your care? - How did you protect the health I blessed you with? - How did you use the time I wrote for you? When you truly understand Al-Malik, anxiety reduces. Because you stop clinging. And you start caring. There is a difference. Clinging says: This is mine, I can’t lose it. Tawakkul says: It was never mine. I will honor it while I have it. 🏋️ Your Fitness Journey Through the Lens of Al-Malik Your body is not a decoration. It is not just for aesthetics. It is not just for social media validation. It is an amanah from Al-Malik. If He owns it — Then neglecting it is betrayal. Abusing it is injustice. Strengthening it is gratitude. You don’t train because you hate your body. You train because it was gifted to you. You don’t eat clean because you’re obsessed. You eat clean because you are protecting what belongs to The King. You don’t discipline your sleep, habits, and mindset for ego. You do it because you will answer for it. Your strength is not yours. Your discipline is not yours. Even your ability to change — is from Him. So ask Him. 🕊 Stop Asking Small Al-Malik owns everything. Why are you asking small? Ask for: - A disciplined body. - Rizq with barakah. - Strong Imaan. - Righteous children. - A heart free from ego. - Jannah.

Energy Check: By 5PM in Ramzan, Are You Functional or Exhausted?
Let’s do a real check-in. By 5PM in Ramzan… Are you: Clear-headed and stable? Slightly tired but okay? Irritated and foggy? Counting minutes till iftar? Completely exhausted and non-functional? Be honest. Because how you feel at 5PM tells you a lot about what’s happening behind the scenes. Why 5PM Is Important By late afternoon: Blood sugar is low Hydration is low Cortisol (stress hormone) is fluctuating Mental fatigue is high If your routine isn’t structured, this is when: Mood drops Productivity crashes Cravings intensify Patience disappears And many people assume: “This is just part of fasting.” Not always. Sometimes it’s: Poor sleep Heavy iftar from the night before Late-night snacking No sehri planning Dehydration patterns Ramzan doesn’t have to feel like daily survival mode. Feeling slightly low is normal. Feeling completely drained every single day isn’t. Ask Yourself Did I sleep properly? Did I overeat last night? Did I hydrate enough? Did I have protein at sehri? Am I managing stress? Energy is not random. It’s built by decisions made the night before. 💬 So tell me honestly: By 5PM in Ramzan, are you functional… or exhausted? Let’s normalize honest conversations.
