Breakfast: 2 steam poached eggs and ghee roasted veggies
Lunch: leftover chicken biryani
Dinner: sphagetti squash noodles and fried fish
Snacks: orange, handful sunflower seeds.
Water: 7-8 glasses
Workout: 20-25 min of strength training whole body
