Update
Just a little update just for consistency. Monday started good with good results on my morning workout 🏋️‍♂️ I planned my meal ahead and felt like I tracked my meals properly. I reached my step 10K I reached water 3.5 L Tuesday started well with my morning walk 8K Had my meals tracked and definitely under tracked my calories this time. Also reached my water again Wednesday started pretty good. Weight went up again 0.9 LB 😌 Reached some new PR on my arm day workout this morning. Did it with no breakfast or coffee first. Planning to make a keto wrap omelette for lunch and the tomato soup with grilled cheese for super. Going to stay under 1300 calories today and will walk another 300 to 500 steps. We will see what happens Thursday morning. Thanks 😊

Great job getting such a sweet start to the week!
Saturday HIIT + coach fuel stop ⛽️💥
Came in for a HIIT class today and decided to fuel the coaches because… why not? Snacks lineup included: - Fresca 🥤 - Electrolytes ⚡️ - Thai banana 🍌 - Built Bar 🍫 The coaches were SO happy — big smiles, genuine excitement, and good energy all around. Small gestures really do go a long way. 💛 What’s your favorite way to show appreciation at your gym or studio? P.S. Coach @Darren Liu and Coach @Aaron Wong if you were training with me you know you will always get goodie bags from me. Coaches need to be fuel to deal with us too 😝

How sweet you are! I usually get coffee & pastries for teachers, or if it's during warm weather, I bring cold Hint Water or sparkling water and fruit. Sometimes will go get a fruit try fory coworkers too. Everyone needs to know they are appreciated.
Client appreciation post 🧡 Lena Nguyen 💪
I want to take a second to shout out Lena 🫡 She’s a busy mom, juggling real life like everyone else — kids, work, CHAOS, tired days — and somewhere along the way, she stopped making herself last. What I love most isn’t even the physical changes (though yes, those happened). It’s that she’s just… in her element now. She cooks legit amazing meals. She’s calm and confident around food. She’s no longer “trying to be healthy” — she just is. THE COOLEST PART👇 She’s become the example. Friends notice. Family notices. People ask her what she’s doing now. Thank you for showing up and sharing your journey with us! The BBB team is proud of you. The last investment in (fitness) coaching you ever need to make 🚀

Wonder Woman Lena! @Lena Nguyen - look at that transformation! Not only are you an amazing support here, you are also an inspiration! One of the most positive influences in my life right now.
Day 4
I took a walk before lunch 😅 not after. I normally walk around 8k steps per day. Today I'll be hitting 10k after the last walk for the day with my dog. 🎉 In the office I try to walk around while I'm on the phone. I also try to work while standing. Today I drank 2 liters of water 💧 🥳 My day starts at 5 so I can walk with my dog for around 20 to 30 min.

@Sandra Müller Since staying in, I guess it would be good days to do strength training those days. Stay safe, and glad you are prepared for the storm!

Day 2: I knew I was an adult, when I didn't consult my parents before getting a credit card, and my dad had a serious money talk with me. I mean, it wasn't the normal, "don't spend so much money, you need to save for a rainy day, make sure you check to see if you can find it cheaper elsewhere talk"... It was a serious talk about not being in debt, not being dependent on a man, and not being hoodwinked into giving money away. My dad treated me like an adult when he was talking about this stuff.
