Seheri:- Before seheri 1 glass hot water+half roti (wheat atta) + black chany salan+ shami khabab+1 glass water.... 1 cup kehwa without suger. Then namaz+ quran And also 15 to 20 min exercise ( thigs,legs,arms) etc...

Sorry me last 2 days se routine nhi add ki app me because i am not well but inshallah ramzan me proper send kroge Ramdan day 1 Pre sehri 1 glass lemon water around 3.30 Snack box 7 almonds 2 dates filled with till , pumpkin seed, sunflower seed, watermelon seeds and mahkne (4.00) Sehri 1 small bowl daliya 1 boiled egg 4tbspoon chana rice and 1 cup haldi milk (4.40) Exercise time 7.00am to 9.00am Yoga 40min Meditation 15 min Affirmation gratitude and 10 min brisk walk Muje bataiye ga mera meal thk hai? @Simra Irfan @Talha Anjum @Dn. Water before meals ✅️ Lunch : yesterdays leftover dinner and salad Post meal walk ✅️ Dinner: half chapati with veg curry and sprouted moong beans n lentil soup with salad Post meal walk ✅️ Snack: half 🍌 Total Water intake : 2litres Had 2 cups of blck coffee without sugar in a day.

2 dates Lime mint juice 1 glass ✅ Fruit chat small bowl ✅ 3/4 spinach pkoras in pan in olive oil 2 tablespoons ✅ and one alu small patty 😔 Regretting 😫 m thinking i ate too much 😔😔😔

3.5 Liters of water from iftari till sehri ❤️ 2 boiled eggs 🥚 and oatmeal 🥣 with half cup milk and date with nuts and seed mix one fig one small apple 🍎 ❤️
