Seheri:-
Before seheri 1 glass hot water+half roti (wheat atta) + black chany salan+ shami khabab+1 glass water....
1 cup kehwa without suger.
Then namaz+ quran
And also 15 to 20 min exercise ( thigs,legs,arms) etc...
