Snack box 7 almonds 2 dates filled with till , pumpkin seed, sunflower seed, watermelon seeds and mahkne (4.00)
Sehri 1 small bowl daliya 1 boiled egg 4tbspoon chana rice and 1 cup haldi milk (4.40)
Exercise time 7.00am to 9.00am
Yoga 40min
Meditation 15 min
Affirmation
gratitude
and 10 min brisk walk
