Paid membership inclusions
I’d love to hear and dialogue on what you include in your membership and how much you charge And even a high converting sale page example! A little blocked on what I want to include & how much to charge Here’s what I’m thinking (names will get pizzaz later lol) monthly topic specific class with q&a Me personally answering q&a in Skool daily (for now) Monthly community connect call Weekly recipe reports A ten day challenge or accountability of some sort (sugar detox, movement) to have the members recalibrate their habits and be plugged in and accountable 47 feels safe 97 is what I’d want 3 month commitment thoughts?

💸 How I made $1,000 on Skool yesterday
(Without sending DM's and having my Skool group hidden!) Hey Skool fam (or should we be called Skoolies??!), I did this short video to explain how I made $1,000 on Skool yesterday (without sending DM's and having my Skool group hidden!) and also explain: - 👉🏼 What my unusual strategy is 🤓 - 👉🏼 Why I am intentionally being the tortoise, not the hare 🐢 - 👉🏼 My vision for what I am building on Skool 🧐 By Backstory 👇🏼 - 15 year building online communities (Meetup .com, Facebook, Mighty Networks, now Skool!) - Launch Sales Strategist helping my clients have 6 & multi 6-figure client course launches using online communities for 5+ years - Before - award winning consultant building and scaling sales teams for corporate clients (FTSE100, Fortune500) The Skool Plan 👇🏼 - My group is private invite only (hidden until yesterday) launched 3 week ago - Watched Sam's interview, 10 people, invited 24 to open (all who paid upfront for a set period) - Intentional about WHO, right attitude and vibe. - Bought into my vision - Here in the community to watch, listen and learn (6 weeks now). - Asking questions, having conversations, no pitches. - All BEFORE I open any free Skool group. - Understand the culture and vision and how I can best add value. - Side effect already = made more new friends than years on FB/IG and I become a Level 6 "Grandmaster" and being called the Queen of Skool!👸🏼 My Group 👇🏼 - Focused on getting clients, growing sales, wellness and fun - Messaging (how to get ideal clients to DM you, no cold needed), sales strategy, launching, mindset/energetics - Somatic Breathwork (live and recorded) Current offer 👇🏼 - Freedom Business House, secret invite only (only added a video yesterday) - Pay upfront for set period, moving to monthly payments. - Skool payments when we open to the public 2024 Skool plan 👇🏼 - Intentional, sustainable growth over volume - Massively over deliver on those who said YES - surprise and delight - Open a free Skool group

Thank you for sharing this. I love the perspective of doing the PAID first then the free... get a handle on the paid community then do the free. I was going to do in tandum but this encouraged me to pump the breaks.
Free vs paid Skool’s // both ?
I'm new here… and I’d love your input! This community is dope; every time I log in, I learn something new! I own several niche Facebook groups for free, which serve as lead generation and nurture for my health and wellness supplement and coaching business. However, I’m over the "Facebook jail," throttled reach, spam, and the amount of money left on the table because of the filtered folder messaging issue… and I could go on and on lol. I'm wanting to create a paid membership community that features my exclusive digital content and coaching. Although I really enjoy using Skool as a user, I’m not loving the fact that it requires numerous workarounds to do a hybrid of free and with paid content… seems like a pain in the ass. Ideally, I'd like to establish a free community where I can share my free content for nurturing purposes and as an upsell to the paid membership, ultimately moving away from Meta entirely. What has your experience been? Do any of you have two communities - free and paid? Am I overlooking something, making it seem more difficult than it actually is? I’d love to hear your feedback!

@Danny Mallinder do you mean having separate skools or together and then give access? I am leaning towards two skools ...
Why I Use 2 Skool Communities (1 Free, 1 Paid)
We made $50,000 last month using 2 Skool communities but... Do YOU need 2 communities? Maybe not. Let's find out: I just made a video going into depth on why we decided to use 2 communities, and why it makes sense for us from a profit perspective using our client acquisition method, however... Every business is unique... So you should ask yourself: • Am I using appointment setters? If so, 2 communities might be best. • Do I want to treat my prospects differently than my paying clients? If so, 2 communities might be best. • Am I okay with mixing paying members and free members together? If so, 1 community may be fine for you. Watch the vid below for more info to help you decide if 1 or 2 communities is best for you. Ted ✌🏼 P.S. Want 1 on 1 help setting up your Skool community (at no charge)? Send me a DM with the word "SKOOL" & I'll set yours up with you for free so it's set up like mine.
