For the last three years, I've ran a membership community for Muslim women on their personal growth journey, and I hold an annual 'town hall' meeting where they get to voice their views on improvements and share what is and isn't working. This year, I decided to do it LDJ style and it was PHENOMENAL. The ladies shared more honestly than they have in the past, and the content of their shares (and the collective solutions they came to) were amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better session with them, honestly! The marriage between Miro and Zoom - 🔥.

Hi, has anyone done an organizational design workshop before? Meaning, looking at the current organization and finding out if the work planned for the next year fits, if the team setup is correct, and if not how the teams should change to fit the strategy and roadmap? Also if people need to be hired. Any tips on how to best tackle this would be greatly appreciated!

I recently ran a half day workshop for a challenging technical team to help a VP of Platform build repour with their technical platform engineers, and change their mindset from technical requirements thinking into customer pain point thinking. Hi everyone I wanted to share that I recently conducted my very first workshop, drawing upon all the new knowledge I've acquired here. I am incredibly happy with the outcome. Even though things didn't go exactly as planned, I'm pleased with the structured nature of our meeting. We made clear decisions on the next steps and successfully pinpointed the core issue that we'll address in upcoming workshops. Thank you all!

Yesterday was the BOARD DESIGN CHALLENGE hosted by the NeverDoneBefore 🤓 Beside this great community led by Myriam Hadnes, I found a space where to experiment with our R SPRINT workshop system distribution model in a safe and constructive environment.
