Facilitation Win! 🙌🏾
For the last three years, I've ran a membership community for Muslim women on their personal growth journey, and I hold an annual 'town hall' meeting where they get to voice their views on improvements and share what is and isn't working.
This year, I decided to do it LDJ style and it was PHENOMENAL. The ladies shared more honestly than they have in the past, and the content of their shares (and the collective solutions they came to) were amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better session with them, honestly!
