Day 3 breakfast
Took a page out of the boss lady’s breakfast book… this challenge is so very different for me not being able to do the physical aspects of it all but allows me to dial in on nutrition! Macros include my proffee too! Pretty good boost to start my day!

Love it, Heather! I hope you are healing up thoroughly!
Better than I thought….
The last 3 months of 2025 were hard for me….honestly, the hardest 3 months I’ve ever experienced. I fell back into some unhealthy habits, gained back some poundage I had thought I would never see again, and cried more tears than I thought I had in me (those mofos came every day). For some reason the first 9 months were really a blur and I had forgotten all of the healthy sweaty habits I had created..all of the boxes I had checked off. Got a reminder from Training Peaks to look at the accomplishments in training before the data was gone. So, I checked it out and I was pleasantly surprised. As our fearless leader said to me the other day “look at all of the things you accomplished”…maybe she was right (shhhhhhhhh…don’t mention that to her). It’s always easier to beat yourself up when you’re feeling like you didn’t do your best. But I guess I did the best I had with what I was given. I’m so grateful to be out of the fog and moving in a direction that will produce all of the things..and hopefully get a better grasp on why returning to old ways that don’t serve me has been my way in the past. But hopefully I’ll learn to treat myself with more grace and the good sweaty days will continue to outnumber the ways of the past. So thankful for this community and especially Team 4 and my RIDE OR DIE SISTER Amy.👯‍♀️👯‍♀️👯‍♀️👯‍♀️👯‍♀️

You are doing great, Shelia! Progress over perfection, and you are definitely making progress! Remember that crying, taking naps, etc is also progress- whatever you need to heal.
WINSDAY 🏆 | Redefining Wins
I’m challenging you to see wins differently today. My win? I slept in until 7:15 AM. PS- We leave the house by 8:05am...... I woke up at 4 AM feeling good, but I knew my recovery has been suffering lately. So I made the uncomfortable decision to rest. That meant my morning looked VERY different than Days 1 & 2 of the challenge and 75 Hard. By 7:15 AM on Days 1 & 2, I had already: - Filmed 2 Thrive30 workouts - Completed prayer + devotion time - Read Grit - Drank nearly 60 oz of water - Taken my progress photo Today at 7:15 AM?I was just getting out of bed. Cue the anxiety… normally. But today, instead of beating myself up, I chose gratitude. Gratitude for listening to my body—even when it felt uncomfortable. Here’s how I still WIN the day: - I’ve built confidence finishing a gallon of water early → starting later isn’t a problem - Gratitude for time-blocking my second workout already - I adjusted the plan to fit reading + prayer before bed - Filming gets creative: coaching + working out + filming together tonight - Second filming? Decision comes later—because priorities matter more than perfection Playing out scenarios and deciding what matters RIGHT NOW is the key. I’m getting ahead on filming because I have a 12-hour endurance run, HYROX, and a trip to 1st Phorm coming up. You can have it all—but adjustments are required. THRIVE > SURVIVE 👇 WINSDAY CHALLENGE Share one uncomfortable thing you overcame this week. It can be small. It can be messy. It counts. Let’s normalize growth over perfection.

My win was getting my fruits/veggies in today! Feeling so much better eating more whole foods!
End of day 1, how are we doing??
Win: sticking to my time blocking Obstacle: feeling VERY hungry, playing with good timing Fear: no true fear just forward thinking to the 24th and how I’ll handle water and two workouts with my 12 hour endurance run. Share yours! Group text groups are coming! THRIVE>SURVIVE

Win- staying within my calories, hitting my protein, and getting my Thrive workout in! Obstacle: still sick, so cardio is pretty hard and I am trying to be patient (especially when the weather here is unusually beautiful and I wish I could walk longer!) Fear: afraid to time block, as my time is really not my own right now and so many random things come up, that I don't think I would be able to hold to it and then beat myself up for it. But this fear is holding me back from actually being productive, as I don't plan as much as I should. I hope that makes sense.
