Sooo last night i posted on here asking if anyone wants to workout this morning with me, luckily noone responded lol because I ended up deleting the post because my plan to wake up early and workout didn't pan out like I wanted. But, I didnt miss my cardio and I didnt miss this awesome full body Monday workout and got my steos in. It took me a little over 2 hours to finish but I got it done. Normally, if I get interrupted, I would just throw in the towel, but i got through it. 1) I promised myself I will be committed and 2) I really liked the structure of this workout and felt every muscle working. I really felt good about it.
