Before a full-body workout with Ashlynn. I just left the salon. 2nd photo is the workout. 3rd photo is the after. She kicked my butt from a million miles away. In a good way and to think I was gonna put it off til tomorrow.

Almost Race Day!
Excited to race tomorrow. This is the first 1/2 that I’m setting a goal other than just finishing since taking it up again last year. My goal is 2:14. Garmin says I can do 2:10, my fastest race last season was 2:17 😬😳. Thanks for always pushing me @Ashlynn Dohman , running is my saving grace and I never would have taken it up again if you hadn’t encouraged and gave a solid nudge! Feeling the 🔥 after watching your race last weekend, AND all the amazing ultras going on. (I will do one, one day!) #throwback to my first half last year!
