White chicken enchilada casserole….
I adapted the recipe from the 1st Phorm posted recipe…I added more protein (extra chicken, added cottage cheese, more milk and more Greek yogurt). This one is going on the weekly rotation! Also, will modify to use ground beef/venison. Yall it’s delicious!!! That’s cottage cheese mixed with salsa. I saved the recipe under WHITE CHICKEN ENCHILADA CASSEROLE in the app. Divided it into 8 portions.this made to eat dinner plate with everything pictured is 50 grams of protein! And it’s lip smacking mucho delicious!🌮🌮🌮🌮🌮🌮🌮

I know our community is spread throughout the US, which is so amazing but it is a bummer when we host free events here in Oregon! The beautiful thing about being part of the 1st Phorm community is there’s events happening all throughout the United States!!
