Mobility Flow 1 Recording
For those who weren't able to join yesterday, here is the recording of our live Mobility Flow! This is the first of the Movement Lab series, where we connect movement patterns (squat, hinge, reach, twist) and mobility techniques. We will continue to build off of this in future sessions.

Transformation Alert! 🚨
@Michael Gartenlaub is 2 weeks away from completing his 9-month body recomposition! Basically the same body weight in both pictures but clearly a different physique. Back story: Michael is a β€œhard gainer” which means his body is more resistant to gaining weight and loses weight more easily. When Michael first joined the 6-month program he wanted to cut body fat, but after shedding some weight he felt unsatisfied with his shape/lean muscle mass. We had to switch directions and focus on mass building before the eventual cut down. Now Michael is in his last 2 weeks (low calorie, high volume training) before he is in PEAK shape! Give it up for @Michael Gartenlaub πŸ‘

Current weight: 199lbs I started dieting/cutting down 3 weeks ago with a start weight of 196lbs. Workouts have been intense and drinking 1.5 gallons of water per day has resulted in me GAINING 3lbs! This is actually good sign that my body is recovering & responding well to the training. My goal in the next 9 weeks will be to get leaner and more conditioned with a target weight of 188lbs! I am doing this because I love it, and for the challenge. And posting here for accountability!
