I want to recognize a few people who quietly put in the work this month. Steadily showing up, involved, and actually applying things. That’s what these monthly prizes are about! So here are February’s standouts: (And if you don’t see your name here, don’t overthink it. This rotates. Keep showing up.) 🥇 1st Place: @Terri Nakamatsu You were consistent and showed up to every Q&A. I’ll be sending you a private Loom breakdown of your week — check your DMs soon. 🥈 2nd Place: @Crissy Hung You showed up! You’ll get a personalized roadmap + custom calories/macros. 🥈 3rd Place: @Octavia Teo Been loving your long updates! You’ll get a personalized roadmap + custom calories/macros. Your presence in here mattered. I only chose 3 winners this month -- looking for more newer members to step up and engage. Day 0
Intro & Goals - done earlier - Highest priority goals - lose the last 5 kgs towards my target weight - Detailed game plan on how you will achieve these goals - 1. limit "snacking" to healthy fruits & nuts if hungry 2. continue my daily walking cardio and my 3x a week strength training in the gym 3. be intentional in my eating, prioritizing protein, and watch my portion size. Eat at home more often. 4. Be very disciplined and focus on my goals. 5. Stop weighing myself after every meal (it's fear of weigh gain over every meal which is mentally unhealthy although I know it's only temporary). - How long you're giving yourself (12 weeks, 24 weeks, 8 months etc) - 8 months until Oct 26 - Do not be discouraged over some bumps along the way. Just continue my journey. I am worthy and I will achieve my goals as long as it takes.

BMI = 25...it is still considered as overweight (25 to 29.9). If I want to be in the "healthy weight" range, I have to get below 25. Last May 2025 I was 33.4 (obese).. I am now down to 69 kg. I only use this as a reference (not a hard target and give myself up to Oct 26 to achieve. Back then at 33.4, my Hb1ac and Triglycerides level was dangerously high, so I had to work very hard to bring these down. Happy to say my readings are now normal. My reason to lose weight was more because my health was at risk and these can be reversed through diet and exercise.

It's Saturday. Hyrox Day. But I gotta put in time for this community first. So I want to know something. Finish this sentence: 👉 "I'd finally feel amazing in my body if ___________" Hit reply and tell me. Be true to yourself. Don't write what you think you "should" say. What would actually make you feel AMAZING?

@Shiva V I feel you. I can hear my knees creaking too. I wish there is WD40 equivalent for joints.

@Caleche Watson It seems like many women suffer knee pain. I spoke to many in their 50s and above, and most complain that they have knee problems. I worn out my knees cartilage in my thirties as confirmed in an x-ray done on both knees. So now I have knee osteoarthritis.

I plan to join the call since the time looks good to me. Questions: There is so much on social media about cortisol causing weigh gain and how to "reverse" that to lose weight. Would like your opinion on this. Also recommendation for supplements, I understand that Creatine can cause bloating and my trainer advise me against it. If this is something that i should consider, which brand should I choose. Thanks
Day 4
Where I lack in calorie counting, I kind of make up for it with movement. My job is not super sedentary. I move quite a bit. I have a standing desk and lots of stairs in the building. Today was my rest day from working out, so I made sure to pay attention to how much I was moving today at work. I’d say this was an average movement day for me. Here’s a screenshot of my steps for today. It’s only 6pm so I still have some time. Maybe I can convince my husband to go for a walk after dinner with me!
