@Evie Patel thank you for chiming in. For my youtube channel right now as I post 3 videos a week. It helps to learn the thumbnails because when I do my website for my consulting services I will use them as well. And I have had numerous people reach out to me wanting to pay me to do their thumbnails. In order to provide value to others, I do believe we have to keep learning so we can provide that value when people are at their lowest. I like to tell people I will assist no matter what it is, because for me I learn fast and like to assist. Not Help - Assist. @Mike Bayer Your Question! My answer: Right now, I’m painfully aware that I lack patience—with myself and with others. This realization is heavy and difficult to face. It creates tension and discomfort, not only within me but also for the people on my team, and that weighs on me deeply.
