One single video alone generated more than 25,000 views, becoming the clear growth driver. In total, the channel achieved 155 hours of watch time, showing strong audience retention. Now I have to produce Long-form Videos to get more watch-time. This performance also resulted in 31 new subscribers, a growth of +288% compared to the previous period. Especially in the last 48 hours, momentum accelerated with over 29,000 views. The data shows that emotional and relevant topics resonate most with viewers. YouTube’s algorithm has started testing the content with a broader audience. The focus now is consistency and building on what already works.

I listened to a successful YT creator who said to never share your video links on outside places, like FB, IG or emails, because YT will recognize that the viewer came from the outside and therefore YT will stop to promote your video internally. Has anyone ever heard this or is this true? I have been sharing my video links on my FB page and messenger to drive traffic to my videos and to promote them, but now I am not so sure this is a good idea. Any input on this? I was doing really well — and hit 500 subscribers then it crashed in December and I just cannot seem to get the momentum and watch hours back up. I didn’t change my strategy but something definitely changed. Should I do more lives? More edited videos? I don’t really understand why it all seemed to just crash. I’m getting all sorts of spam like emails from people offering to optimize my videos but I’m not sure why what I was doing before worked and then stopped. Has anyone used one of these services?
