Frustrated…

I was doing really well — and hit 500 subscribers then it crashed in December and I just cannot seem to get the momentum and watch hours back up. I didn’t change my strategy but something definitely changed. Should I do more lives? More edited videos? I don’t really understand why it all seemed to just crash.

I’m getting all sorts of spam like emails from people offering to optimize my videos but I’m not sure why what I was doing before worked and then stopped. Has anyone used one of these services? Is it worth it? What are the risks?
