Who is currently in the program with Alexa and how is it going?

I launched a simple tool site 3 weeks ago. Google showed it 11,000+ times. Here’s what surprised me. No ads. No backlink campaign. Just a clean, fast, single-purpose site I built and deployed: https://audiocutteronline.com/ Real numbers from the first ~3 weeks: 📈 11.1K Google impressions 📍 Average position 8.2 (page 1 for “audio cutter online”) 👥 264 users from 49 countries 🖱️ Google clicks: only 6 (yes, really) What I learned: 1. Impressions come first, clicks come later. I ranked on page 1 but got a 0.1% CTR. Ranking isn’t enough. Your title and meta description have to earn the click. That’s my next fix. 2. AI assistants sent my best visitors. They made up 22% of my new users, with a 60% engagement rate and 1m 36s average sessions. Direct traffic: 18% engagement, 11s. Organic search was only 6% of users. Clear, helpful content seems to get picked up by AI tools. 3. One focused page beats ten thin ones. 97% of views went to the homepage. Do one thing well, and make it fast. 4. Track from day one. Search Console + Analytics + Bing showed me exactly where traffic came from, so I’m not guessing what to fix. Still early. The next goal is turning impressions into clicks, and I’ll share an update in 30 days. 🚀 Question for you all: has anyone tested AI traffic vs. Google traffic? What are you seeing? P.S. Hey CBT Members! Does anyone know why is this video still being processed (see screenshot)? I waited 3 hours last night for it to finish. I got tired and hit "publish" anyway. I was surprised that it published. Plus I got comments on it. Yet, this morning 11 hours later, it is still processing.
