@Steven Forstner I’ve just started using Movavi

@Steven Forstner it was pretty straightforward. I have a copy that’s a year or two old — lifetime license that a friend wasn’t using because she upgraded to the newest version.
Anyone who needs help?
I'll be happy to help! Like giving you a LIKE, to move UP! Or my modest opinion of your channel or whatever is in my hand... even if it's only a little help... (I'm here to learn too). Let me know šŸ˜

@Miss X I’m always open to feedback. My channel was doing really well until about December and then it just crashed… https://youtube.com/@florentislearning

@Miss X no idea… it just did.
Thinking about adding interviews to my channel — open to feedback (and volunteers)
I’m considering adding interviews to my YouTube channel and wanted feedback from creators who’ve tested interview formats. The idea is to bring on two types of guests: 1ļøāƒ£ People who want to get better with money– Early or mid-journey– Learning how to budget, invest, or build confidence– Real conversations about mistakes, mindset, and progress 2ļøāƒ£ People who’ve already achieved financial success– Investors, business owners, professionals– Sharing how they actually built wealth– What they did right, what they’d do differently, and what beginners misunderstand Since this group has thousands of members, I’m also thinking about interviewing volunteers from inside this community — both people still learning and people further along who want to share their story. My goal is to make money and investing feel more relatable and less intimidating. For those of you who’ve added interviews: - Did interviews help or hurt channel growth early on? - Any format advice (short vs long, solo intro first, etc.)? - Anything you’d do differently if starting interviews again? And if you’d want to be interviewed (or think you’d be a good fit), feel free to comment or DM me. Appreciate any insight šŸ™

@Jason Beals I’ve had some success with interviews. They were long form and were really just conversations. Your topic is interesting — my channel is for online English teachers who are independent or going independent. My audience might be different — but I’m wondering whether there might be an interest in a collab — could tie in how to price classes and packages based on a budget… or maybe a savings goal etc. Let me note what you think. It could be an interesting angle. https://youtube.com/@florentislearning
Frustrated…
I was doing really well — and hit 500 subscribers then it crashed in December and I just cannot seem to get the momentum and watch hours back up. I didn’t change my strategy but something definitely changed. Should I do more lives? More edited videos? I don’t really understand why it all seemed to just crash. I’m getting all sorts of spam like emails from people offering to optimize my videos but I’m not sure why what I was doing before worked and then stopped. Has anyone used one of these services? Is it worth it? What are the risks? https://youtube.com/@florentislearning
If you're building a YouTube channel alongside your [enter your niche], this matters...
YouTube's new 3-tier viewer metric is a game-changer: āœ… New Viewers = your discoverability is working āš ļø Casual Viewers = they know you but don't need you yet šŸŽÆ Regular Viewers = your "core" (watched 6+ months consistently) Channels with high Regular % get homepage priority in 2026. Here's the strategic question most creators miss: "What can I create ONCE that viewers want WEEKLY?" Not daily news (burnout). Not random topics (no pattern-building). Try this instead: 1. Pick ONE weekly recurring segment 2. Track Casual → Regular conversion for 8 weeks 3. Double down on what works Examples: - "Friday Founder Updates" (your niche) - "Tuesday Troubleshooting" (help + consistency) - "Weekend Workshop" (hands-on value) Currently testing this with my coaching clients - early results show 2-3x faster Regular Viewer growth vs. random posting. Anyone else adapting to this shift?

This is an interesting concept. When I chatted with the new YouTube AI coach — it told me to post once every 5 to 6 days and then include shorts in between. It said that if I post more often, I’m not allowing time for my video to be seen. I don’t feel that this is working for me so maybe I will try this. I was doing really well — and then it crashed in December and I just cannot seem to get the momentum and watch hours back up. I didn’t change my strategy but something definitely changed.
